Breakfast
- A banana
- A handful of assorted roasted nuts
- Broccoli and carrots
Lunch
- Chicken soup
- Apple sauce
Snacks: 2 small macaroons. A coworker of mine brought these in from the Philippines, they were delicious!
Dinner
- Salmon with diced mango, avocado and green onion
- Steamed green beans
- Diced red bell pepper
Snacks: an apple, plantain chips, and a spoonful of coconut butter
There is nothing more tragic than cutting open an avocado and being greeted with this:
Thankfully I had another avocado. :)
