  • A banana
  • A handful of assorted roasted nuts 
  • Broccoli and carrots

  • Apple sauce

Snacks: 2 small macaroons. A coworker of mine brought these in from the Philippines, they were delicious! 

Dinner
  • Salmon with diced mango, avocado and green onion
  • Steamed green beans
  • Diced red bell pepper

Snacks: an apple, plantain chips, and a spoonful of coconut butter

There is nothing more tragic than cutting open an avocado and being greeted with this:
