For the month of August Ruben and I will be doing the Whole30 again. Maybe that will be our thing, to always do the Whole30 every August. We decided to do the Whole30 again because we have not been eating as healthy as we should be, and we have been cheating a lot. So the Whole30 is the perfect way to get us back on track to eating healthy.
I am going to try and do a post everyday for the next 30 days. Sometimes there will be a recipe, but for the most part it may just be a picture or description of what I ate for each meal. Just to give you ideas in case you decide to do the Whole30 too!
DAY 1
For breakfast this morning I made scrambled eggs with spinach and kelp granules. And than I had a side of baby carrots that I snacked on until lunch. (There were more eggs, but I only remembered to take the picture when I was almost done. Sorry!)

For lunch I had indian meatballs (That recipe will be up soon!) with a side of roasted sweet potato’s and broccolini, and a few grapes.
My dinner was mexican chicken topped with salsa, fresh avocado, and a side of broccolini.
I usually tend to snack a lot throughout the day, but today I was so busy at work I didn’t get a chance to.
Before going to bed I felt a bit hungry so I had a handful of unsweetened coconut flakes, and called it a night!
