Breakfast
Breakfast
- Ground beef stir-fried with tomato's, mushrooms, and spices
Lunch
- We had lunch at The Counter. I ordered a mixed green salad with jalapenos, thinly sliced purple onion, grilled pineapple, sliced avocado, roasted red peppers, and two grilled chicken breasts
Dinner
- Pan seared mahi mahi seasoned with salt and pepper and served with a lime wedge
- Oven roasted asparagus
- Baby kale salad with tomato’s (from my dads garden, so good!), and thinly sliced purple onion. I seasoned the salad with olive oil, red wine vinegar, a dash of dill and salt and pepper.
