- 1 piece of nori (I ended up taking my whole breakfast and wrapping it up inside of the nori)
Snacks: carrots
I love plantains. I like to pair it with savory dishes. I cook the plantains by putting them in a pan with a very small amount of coconut oil and cook until brown.
Lunch
Snacks: blueberries

- Leftover halibut
- Ratatouille
- Brussel sprouts
- Turnip and cauliflower mash with roasted garlic
Snacks: blueberries
Dinner
- Nori wrap with chicken, sweet pea shoots, red bell pepper, serrano pepper, avocado, thai basil, salt and pepper.
