I blame myself because this morning I woke up unsure of what I wanted to eat for breakfast or lunch, and to top it off I didn’t bring enough snacks with me to work and I was hungry, and my mind began to wander and think of unhealthy things. Regardless I made it through! Haha. What lesson did we learn? Pack all your snacks and meals the night before, it makes a difference.
• 1 boiled egg
• Handful of raw mixed nuts
• Leftover Mexican chicken
• Spinach salad
• Spicy tuna cakes (nomnompaleo recipe)
• Spinach, and kale sautéed in chicken fat with garlic and chicken broth.
• Sweet potato fries
• A spoonful of coconut butter
Don't you hate it when you think you have all the ingredients for a recipe, and than you come to find out your missing 1 very important ingredient? That always seems to happen to me, and it always seems to be that my missing ingredient is always 1 egg!
