WHOLE30 DAY 8

This morning at work one of my coworkers brought in 2 fresh boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts and placed them right on MY desk... So every time someone would come to grab a donut I would get a whiff of fresh donuts... how thoughtful of them. The key to resisting is to always have some sort of snack on hand so that you don’t give in. In this instance I ate a pear. :)


DAY 8



Breakfast

•   1 Banana

•   Raw mixed nuts, with raw coconut flakes mixed in.

•   1 Pear

Lunch

•   Leftover pumpkin red curry chicken

•   Sweet potato’s

•   Grapes

Dinner

•   2 fried eggs with cayenne pepper sprinkled on top

•   Bacon (whole30 approved)

•   1 Avocado topped with fresh ground pepper

•   Red bell pepper and tomato
